NYX Black Label Lipstick: Nude

NYX Black Label Nude Lipstick $8 AUD

The packaging of the Black Label lipsticks are much better quality than the round lipsticks and I like that there is a colour swatch in the bottom of the package.  This  is a more orangey/peach toned nude so I really love this colour.  The formula is very moisturising and creamy and glides on when you apply it.  It has a fruity scent and tastes nice on the lips and is long-lasting.  The only downside is that this lipstick tends to show cracked/chapped lips easily so its best to exfoliate or use a chapstick before applying.  This colour is a dupe for Lime Crime's Coquette ($23 AUD) and it is available anywhere online or at beautyjoint for around $8.  I would recommend this for people with lighter skin tones.

MAC Cremesheen: Japanese Maple

Japanese Maple is a light beige and is slightly frosted.  It is the perfect colour for everyday or to wear with dramatic eye makeup.  Because it is a Cremesheen it is very creamy and moisturising and long-lasting.  This is probably the nicest nude colour I have found so i highly recommend it and I wear this colour on an everyday basis. This one is $36 AUD.
